Our Lady of Medjugorje said on December 27, 1984:
As Our Lady’s apostles, do not think for one minute that just because it is Christmas, that satan is not active. But, knowing how he acts can help to disarm him.
Just because it is nearing Christmas does not mean that satan is not active. Knowing how he acts can help to disarm him. A Friend of Medjugorje said once to a group at Caritas:
“…I can always tell how a person was raised by the way they act around Christmas time… some people are sour and in a bad mood, and others are joyful. I have seen this many times. You can really tell…”
Knowing that we will encounter these people who may have been raised in a bad situation, or if we ourselves were in such situations, can help us to be ready in prayer. Our Lady continues in Her message of December 27, 1984:
Do not let satan spoil your Christmas. Let God win this Christmas in your hearts. If you have not already started the Nine Days Before Christmas Novena, then begin today, continuing on with the Novena after Christmas Day. Remember that Christmas truly begins on December 25. Visit here to join in the Novena prayers…

A Friend of Medjugorje said that many abort Jesus the day after Christmas. Every vestige of Christmas disappears from the shelves, stores, businesses, homes, etc. Be on the lookout in the next few days for a special release from a Friend of Medjugorje and how you can live Christmas, beginning on Christmas Day.

A Friend of Medjugorje is my moral compass and voice of reason that reminds me “forewarned is forearmed”. It takes constant vigilance to keep satan at bay, and praying unceasingly is the only way to win the battle for me. Thank you for all your reminders that jolt me back to the reality of constant vigilance. God bless, Susan
