(Medjugorje photo taken Sunday October 4, 2009, 6:06 AM) – Is this just a pile of hay? Dead grass? To a common observer that is all it is, and quite useless to many people. But, to one who earns their bread from the soil, this hay is food for cows, which become food for man, or provide milk to drink, or for cheese, butter, ingredients which makes other recipes for other foods. Right now we have just a glimpse to see that in the future, what is considered normal life will be challenged, what seems of little value, even hay will be worth as gold. Many things that are greatly valued today will be worthless next to the value of commodities, such as hay.
A Friend of Medjugorje relayed, that just yesterday, he had to be out on the road during rush-hour. He was taken aback at how few cars were driving. Everyone who has a “non-essential” job was at home. What kind of society have we built that so much of the population has an occupation that is considered “non-essential?” To those who have to pay their bills, their job is essential. Yet, in this current coronavirus pandemic, values are challenged. Seven years ago, a Friend of Medjugorje addressed this current life, as we live it today:
Though God sustains society today as He did while Noah built the ark, when one accepts the absence of God, as more and more do, the path used by God will soon no longer be sustained. Joy will be the experience for those who begin immediately the way of life of God as Our Lady is showing us. No place upon the earth will escape this judgment of purifying the earth of what God is about to send and no corner of the earth will be missed in receiving and coming to know God’s joy for accepting the one condition for a future by turning back to God… An honest review of your life with seriousness will show you, teach you, what to reject in this life, which distances you from God.

Again, to one who has to make a living, their job is more than essential. Yet, when it comes to life and death, another view is taken. This time, as a Friend of Medjugorje wrote about in Social Distancing, is a trial-run. Of what? Future events which will challenge not only “non-essential” jobs, but even those which are necessary for life. A Friend of Medjugorje shares more:
The present way of life, the present course of life, has no future and will end soon. Life as we presently know it, is going to end. The world’s present path is on a course with death. It cannot continue. It will not continue. All those who remain a part of it, attached to it, who are trying to perpetuate it will inherit woe, and the weight of an all encompassing putrid, dead body that the culture is fast becoming; an implosion of society taking no prisoners.

This is not a preach of doom and gloom, but an e“valuation” of what is true value. A Friend of Medjugorje on a broadcast concerning coronavirus said that, “this is a soft version of what is to come, and an opportunity not to waste this moment in time to really get rid of what gives an appearance, an illusion of value, that is not valuable in your life.” More will be told in tomorrow’s second of the month writing from a Friend of Medjugorje. Our Lady reminds us what’s important, in “Redemption History”, & how it concerns now. Stories of Israelites, teach of God’s nature, & man’s. They kept turning from God, received rebuke, learned mistake, returned to God (With Whole Heart), & God relented. In our day we’ve reached a time when Man’s pride brings us to a new precipice, so daunting & all encompassing, God had to clearly delineate where we are in regards to Bible Prophecy. Chapter 12 of Revelations begins with the appearance of Our Lady, further along, the struggle describes the “falling of a 1/3 of the stars”, as well a “torrent of water” being swallowed, to save a large group of people by the earth opening up to do so. Each day we’re getting closer to the end of Chapter 12, depending on the hearts of man returning to God. Our Lady reminds the words of the Bible aren’t just old, & true they’re also part of our everyday now. Does Her “Upheaval”, match Bible’s swallowing of devil’s torrent? Will satan get thrown down soon?
