From the Rule of the Community of Caritas written by A Friend of Medjugorje, September 2001:
Our Lady has spoken to the world a great deal in regard to God’s creation. Part of a monthly message to the world given by Our Lady at my house in 1988 really struck me.
December 25, 1988
Our Lady was giving more formation that we would indeed transform into life. At that time, being in landscaping, architecture, and excavation, I had a keen interest in trees and nature. I confess to a resentment of the “tree huggers” and Green Peace mentality, but rather loving nature, with the balance that it was intended for man. God ordained Earth for man to dominate and to use. I wondered at Our Lady’s words. “I give you my Special Blessing. Bring it to all creation, so that all creation will know peace.” What did Our Lady mean by this? I went out in the woods in front of my house and blessed the trees, made the Sign of the Cross on them. I didn’t know what it meant or what result it would have. But here were words of Our Lady that were to be incorporated into life. So I did it. How this would bring peace to trees, I didn’t know. But I still don’t know why Our Lady asked Bernadette to eat grass, and if she could do that, I certainly am willing to be obedient to Our Lady’s invitation in blessing, not only plants and animals, but the mountains themselves. Slowly, however, I began to see God more in His creation. If it was worthy enough to deserve Our Lady’s blessing, it, therefore, must be because it was God’s wish for it to be made holy, in order to guide man towards its use and that, with man’s collaboration, all creation be used in a holy way. Years later, we would end up with our present sawmill. We made countless uses of wood to build up our mission in order to bring more conversions. The blessing of God’s creation in this valley and the use of these temporal goods have, through God’s grace, resulted in tens of thousands of conversions through our mission by blessing God’s creation and using it for only purposes that lead to a holy way of life.
At the end of a full work day in Our Lady’s mission, the Caritas Community head to the fields that surround the Field of Our Lady. From the youngest to the oldest, all members will participate in this most important task of blessing that which God has blessed us with lands and animals. This action roots back to a message Our Lady gave in the home of our founder, December 25, 1988, in which Our Lady asked to go out and bless all of creation. Not understanding why, he simply did as Our Lady asked, only to discover in later years the blessing of God that came through Our Lady’s blessing.
Creation is used here not for earthly profit, but for eternal profit. Our Lady has shown us how to make use of things of the earth for the eternal good. Our Lady has shown us that creation is God’s Man does not own it, God does. We are only stewards in its use. In fact, we do not even own our own life. In a monthly message to the world, Our Lady said:

If what is closest to us, which is “our own life,” is not our own, then what of the material goods and nature that we title to man by our laws, seemingly for personal use, when instead its use is for the eternal use and good? There is a thin line here with a lot of room for rationalizing; for one to say, “Everything I have is God’s.” Or, “Yes, God has blessed me.” Or, “I am using it to take care of my family or such and such.” But these words are empty if they are without any real intention or thought to glorify God with the blessings He gives. Our Lady has shown us to use everything, guide everything towards glorifying God with no limitations and not to rationalize and give words that we don’t mean and don’t live. Our deeds must show that we have offered back to God our lives and our possessions for His use and His plans. Our Lady said on April 25, 1991:
With Holy Water in hand, one of the Caritas community children walk the grounds sprinkling the grass, dirt, water, trees, land and even the air itself while the community prays to the Father for His blessing and protection.
The Celtic spirituality viewed God in everything. Our life in community is this way. Our Lady said in a public message that if we begin to live Her messages, we will not even feel the passage from this life to the next—for we will already begin living Heaven on earth. The seamless world where Heaven and earth connect is a way Our Lady has shown us to live our life. We call to God our Father. He answers. We have a need. He fulfills that need. In our being here on earth and living seamlessly, we understand in justice not to ask for or act on whims, but God’s will and what would please Him.
Part of a Celtic prayer of a woman milking her cow reads:
Give the milk, my treasure
Give the milk, my treasure
Give the milk and thou’ld have the
Blessing of the King of the Earth.
When I open my refrigerator, the milk coming into view is not the same image of what comes from the grocery store. So blessed are we to have it; so rich are we in laboring to feed the cow; so blessed are we in baling the hay which feeds the cow; so blessed are we for the rain and the sun which grows the grass which makes the hay—God from the start to the finish. Man has lost the seamless world. Our Lady wants it reestablished.
Over the years the Caritas Community has seen many miracles that they know come from blessing the lands, buildings and animals. From devastating tornadoes that divert their path right before reaching our property lines, to perfect rainfalls that are just long enough and light enough to water the grass and fields, but not enough to disrupt their work when laying pipe in big open trenches. Or seeing a beautiful fully arched rainbow stretch across the Field after the completion of a project in which the community put in long, hard work days. The community sees the seamless world everyday from blessing God’s creation, to receiving blessings from His creation in our daily work and life.
Jugs of Holy Water and containers of salt are carried along while every member sprinkles these blessed objects as they walk. Not only is the blessing carried to the animals, but with every newborn calf, piglet, rabbit, etc., they are carried to the Field to be present during our daily Rosary, carried up to Our Lady’s statue at apparition time to seek Our Lady’s blessing while She appears to the visionaries in Medjugorje. This teaches our children from the youngest ages the importance of seeking God’s blessing upon everything.

I am deeply grateful to listen to a Friend of Medjugorje honestly reflect on current events and high crimes that are not being discussed or investigated seriously. Yet you come from love and mercy in spite of the evil that people like Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Hillary Clinton, George Soros, and our political representatives on both sides of the aisle fabricate as they collude against President Trump. It is quoted that “when the fish stinks, it stinks from the head to the tail but it starts at the head first”. Barack Obama is the puppet of satan, and to revere this man makes no sense. Yet so many people are brainwashed as they watch slanted news all day and night. I greatly appreciate your insights, your courage, your devotion to our Blessed Mother, and I am inspired to immerse myself in all your information.
