When Our Lady says not to be afraid, what does She mean?
April 6, 2016 A.D.
Our Lady of Medjugorje just said on April 2, 2016:
Afraid of what?
Our Lady tells us that with prayer we should not be afraid. Afraid of what? One might think Our Lady is only speaking of the future. But it also can mean what is probably the greatest fear many have: change. A Friend of Medjugorje tells us:
“With our society so ingrained in error, it often takes years of prayer to receive a grace to even gain the knowledge that a particular action or way of doing something is not correct or according to God’s Commandments. Prayer leads to change, as well as coming to the recognition that God must give the grace to make the change.”1
In Medjugorje, hearts receive the gift of prayer and through that, they change, become better and more sensitive to God’s Word. But, it takes a first step toward that journey. There is nothing to be afraid of within Our Lady’s mantle; no world event, ISIS, whatever is in the mainstream list of bad news. The greatest news is good news, that is Our Lady’s apparitions, and it is there that we are protected.
