A Friend of Medjugorje Begins a New Year of Evangelization On the Road

February 26, 2014 A.D.

In March, A Friend of Medjugorje takes to the road again to bring Our Lady’s messages to cities and towns across the country. A Friend of Medjugorje, for the past several years, has felt very pressed to be regularly meeting with believers of Our Lady, face to face, from around the United States and other countries. With much hope and encouragement, but also with grave seriousness, he brings Our Lady’s messages and plans to press Her followers to continue to walk with Her, accepting all that apostleship entails, for the salvation of our nation and world. Our Lady said that every person has not only a unique role to play in Her plans, but an important role, one which is so “great” that we will not understand how great it is until we enter Heaven.

January 25, 1987

“Dear children…I want you to comprehend that God has chosen each one of you, in order to use you in a great plan for the salvation of mankind. You are not able to comprehend how great your role is in God’s design…”

This is a familiar message to many, yet it is easily forgotten in the frantic world in which we live, caught up in the details of everyday life. Yet we each must be intentional in following Our Lady and in placing the plans of God first in our lives. A Friend of Medjugorje, in his talks, reminds us of this and motivates those gathered to hear him speak to make every day count. He gives concrete suggestions and action that can be taken to make a more secure future for ourselves and our families.

Also highlighted in the talks of A Friend of Medjugorje is his latest book, They Fired the First Shot 2012. The book continues to be widely spread and there is a great demand to hear, first hand from the author, how to implement the ideas and strategies in the book. A great benefit to those who have attended these talks was being able to meet and connect with those who are like-minded and who are striving to make an impact in their own home communities towards freedom and a more secure future.

Through requests, we are actively working on bringing A Friend of Medjugorje to Michigan, Texas, Colorado, New York and the East Coast region in 2014 among other locations. We cannot accommodate all requests, but we try to coordinate requests when in different regions of the country. Rainbow in Mississippi

On November 22, 2013, A Friend of Medjugorje spoke in Perkinston, Mississippi. As Caritas community members were unloading the Caritas truck loaded with pallets of evangelization materials and PA system, Our Lady’s statue and altar, posters, etc., into the building in which the gathering was to take place, a beautiful, bright, perfect rainbow appeared above the building and remained for nearly 45 minutes. It was startling in its appearance and was felt to be a blessing from above upon the evangelization efforts of A Friend of Medjugorje and the Caritas Community in spreading Our Lady and Her messages in this last on-the-road talk of 2013. We recently received a letter from the host of those talks:

“Today we received the thank you letter for hosting the conference in November. We owe you all the thanks for your continued “yes.” It was a privilege to be a part of something so special. It also does so much good when you share your times of trial, persecution, and hardship, etc. This has been our experience since saying “yes” to Our Lady in a new way by joining the Caritas Extended Community in December 2010. God has heard our prayers and has intervened in so many loving ways. I don’t know where He is taking us, but He has brought healing to our family and He is restoring unity that has been under attack in our family these last few years. I am so grateful, once again for your witness, your love, and your sacrifice.”

The gatherings with A Friend of Medjugorje are not only for introducing new people to Our Lady, but for strengthening those who have been walking with Our Lady for some time who are in need of renewal and reconnecting with Our Lady and other believers. We hope to see some of you on the road this year.
