Our Lady of Medjugorje said though Mirjana on March 18, 2018:
“…My children, I had the strength of faith and boundless trust in God’s love…”
“I” is speaking with a witness of Her life, for us today.
The Cross stands as a witness to us for our lives. But, with the Cross, is also Our Lady. Her witness is speaking to this age, and all future ages about Her presence, an example for the world:

“…you follow my example. Pray for the strength of faith; trust in the love of the Heavenly Father. I am with you…”
Our Lady is with us, giving an example to follow. One will know She is with them, when one’s heart begins to speak and prompt to do certain things and avoid other things. Though this walk out of worldliness may cause suffering, Her witness shows that doing what is right, is holiness and a walk towards God. A Friend of Medjugorje writes:
“…Is it possible to serve God and not suffer for it? We are in the world. Where and when one decides to go away from it step by step, you can rest assured, you will suffer. When you choose Mass instead of sleeping, choose the evening Rosary rather than T.V., choose a spiritual life as opposed to being a slave to the world, you will suffer. Christ and the world are separate. Yes, we must toil to eat, and life’s duties demand that we are in the world, but we are not supposed to be “of” the world. Where there is worldliness, there cannot dwell Godliness. Worldliness is vanity. Godliness is holy…”1
Our Lady is leading us on this path of Godliness, away from worldliness, on a bitter way, but which reveals every sweetness.
July 25, 1987
“…Dear children, pray and accept all that God is offering you on a way which is bitter. But at the same time, God will reveal every sweetness to whomever begins to go on that way, and He will gladly answer every call of God…”
In the bitterness which many tell us they are experiencing, we have the witness of Our Lady telling us to pray for the strength of faith and trust in the love of the Heavenly Father – and wait for the sweetness, which will surely come.

Amen!!! In Mary’s words “The most important thing is to believe.”
Amen!!! In Mary’s words “The most important thing is to believe.”
I woke up this morning and read ‘Wait for the Sweetness’ on your website. Late last night I was so happy to have found the rosary of my mama’s that I lost sight of shortly after she died last May 14th, and took that as a sign that we were indeed going to Medjugorje despite the issues we were having with the passport situation, because I always wanted to bring it with me there, if I was ever blessed to have the opportunity to be with Our Lady there…I went out to the mailbox this morning and lo and behold, two priority mail envelopes and in them contained a passport for each us, that arrived in record time! We are ecstatic to both have the passports and be able to celebrate our 10 years of marriage, together on this pilgrimage!! The world can be bitter and it has been at times, but as I can attest, the wait IS worth the sweetness in the end! Thank you for answering the call to Our Lady in these writings which help speak to us and help us along the way of grace with Our Lady.
