“How To” New Communities Convention! April 29 – May 1, 2014

Announcing the Next They Fired the First Shot Historic “How To” New Communities Convention!

Released January 24, 2014 A.D.

April 29 – May 1, 2014

The 3rd Annual “How To” New Communities Convention will be held this spring at Caritas of Birmingham, April 29-May 1, 2014. These conventions, inspired through the implementation of the Battle Plan in They Fired the First Shot 2012, have been life changing events for those who have attended them. The convention is three packed days of prayer, education, and connecting people together who are seeking to implement the ideas and principles contained in They Fired the First Shot 2012. From learning about our constitutional rights and the foundation of our nation’s liberties through gifted and inspired speakers, to seeing the behind-the-scenes of the Caritas Community’s agrarian way of life and realizing steps that can be taken to start growing your own food no matter what your situation may be, from meeting with those from your own geographical areas who would like to begin a CSPG, to climbing to the Cross for the reconciliation of our nation back to God. A Friend of Medjugorje has designed the “How To” Conventions to empower people to make choices and decisions today that will secure a better future for themselves and that of future generations through Our Lady’s guidance. Attendees leave the convention having very specific changes they can make to begin a new path in their lives towards the direction Our Lady is leading the world. Each convention builds upon the past conventions and has much to offer those who have attended other conventions as well as those who will be joining us for the first. Attendance will be limited to 400 people. Both preceding conventions were filled to capacity and we had to turn people away. You should pre-register to assure a seat at the April 29-May 1 “How To” Convention. (see form below)

This Convention specifically relates to and is advertised in They Fired the First Shot 2012™ and is “only open” to those who have completely finished reading the book. The Convention is something that will not be understood by those who have not read and finished the book completely! Therefore, admittance into the Convention comes with the requirement of a full read of the book. The Convention is the next step after reading the book. Any who accompany you to the “How To” New Communities Convention must also have read the book. This applies to all ages, 16-years and above.

There will be an admittance fee to help cover the meals and expenses of hosting the convention. We will provide lunch on April 29th, 30th and May 1st . Single Adult by himself—$80.00. We are changing our Wednesday fast day to Monday, so everyone can eat together on Wednesday.

  • Single Adult by himself—$80.00

  • Husband and Wife—$75.00 per spouse = $150.00

  • All youth other than small babies if they will be eating lunch here—$25.00 per individual (this includes older children who are coming with their parent or parents).

There are many hotels nearby Caritas to stay at during the convention. Listed below is contact information for the 5 hotels that are closest to Caritas. Call the hotel for availability and directions. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT 6:30 A.M. ON TUESDAY, APRIL 29TH TO RECEIVE PACKETS AND NAME TAGS. MORNING PRAYER WILL BEGIN AT 7:30 A.M., FOLLOWED BY THE CONFERENCE AT 8:00 A.M.

Special Note: The “How To” New Communities Conference is open only to those who have completely finished reading They Fired the First Shot 2012. As you know, the impact of the book is ruined if one skips ahead to discover the solution before reading the first half of the book. One must graduate in understanding from one page to the next in order to fully understand when one arrives at the plan of action. It is the only way to read this book. The same would be true of those who haven’t finished the book but want to attend the convention. Do not bring anyone with you who has not read the book in its entirety. Youth of any age can attend the convention. However, any youth age 16 or older (14-year-olds have read the book) must have read the book to be in the convention. Those who have not read the book are welcome to come as part of your family and be on the grounds during the convention, but they will not be able to participate in the actual convention sessions, unless they read the book. Lunch will be together with everyone.
