9 Day Bread and Water Fast–March 9-17, 2011

Today begins the last novena, the last nine days of the 54 day Rosary Novena in preparation for Our Lady’s apparitions back to the Bedroom and the Field of Apparitions at Caritas, Alabama.

Today begins the last novena, the last nine days of the 54 day Rosary Novena in preparation for Our Lady’s apparitions back to the Bedroom and the Field of Apparitions at Caritas, Alabama. It also begins the 9-Day bread and water fast, in which thousands are participating in around the world. The novena and fast will end on March 17, just two days before Our Lady returns for the Five Days of Prayer, March 19-23, 2011.

Reflect. Thousands praying a 54-day Rosary Novena

Contemplate. Thousands fasting for 9-days on bread and water.

Recollect. Thousands praying a 9-hour novena for Our Lady’s intentions, each of the five days.

Meditate. Thousands offering renunciations and sacrifices through the 54 days of preparation to change our hearts, receive graces, offer petitions, and the consecration of the expanded Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages as a tool to transmit Our Lady’s messages to the world.

We are still in the process of trying to finish the retooling in order to “be ready” for when Our Lady can profoundly put it to use. Our Lady said:

Amazingly, Our Lady’s latest message also answers the question, “Be ready for what?” Be ready to open your heart to Her. Be ready to be apostles of Her love. Be ready to help Her. Our Lady said:

What beautiful words to Reflect, Contemplate, Recollect, and Meditate upon in this final preparation before Our Lady gathers us together, physically for those who are able to attend the apparitions, March 19-23, and spiritually for those whose hearts will be united with ours around the United States and world in laying before Our Lady the novenas, fasting and sacrifices of these past 54-days.
 

Along with the 9-day bread and water fast, do not forget to pray the Novena Prayer each day that has been included here below.

Dear Mary,

This Rosary Novena, that we give from our heart, is offered to you so you may have all the prayers you need to grant to us who are attending the March apparitions, and those of us who are spiritually joining You from afar Your greatest desires, intentions and hopes for each one of us. We open our hearts through our novena and our 9-day bread and water fast that you may freely, without limits, grant all graces to us. Use us for your plans for the salvation of the world. We entrust and consecrate ourselves, our families, and through the work of the Community of Caritas, the Tabernacle of Our Lady’s Messages, to You. We give all to you so you can use us to transmit your messages to the world. Obtain the graces and blessings that are the most hopeful intentions for us. Mary, we place before you, with this novena and fast, our highest hope in your, our Mother, that you will give us your joy, your peace and your love of God to reside in our hearts. Please leave an indelible mark on our souls in this life, during the March 19-23 apparitions that will continue into the next. Save us, O Mary. We love you. I also give you my own special intentions which I offer to you with my love… (pause and pray your private intentions)

I desire to renew prayer with you and to call you to fast which I desire to offer to my Son Jesus for the coming of a new time – a time of spring.
